Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share one account between several people.

• A Free plan is available. Pro and Business are paid memberships. Prices and monthly allowances (searches, business records, exports) are shown on the Pricing page.
• Each payment buys 30 days of membership. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription: we do not renew or charge you automatically.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees. Discount codes, where offered, apply only as shown at checkout.
• When a membership ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your saved data is kept.
• Allowances reset each calendar month. Unused allowance does not carry over.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law or use the service to harass, defraud or spam anyone;
• try to get around plan limits, probe or attack the service, or interfere with other users;
• automate access to our site or resell the service without our written permission;
• upload or process content you have no right to use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The Business Data Collector gathers information about businesses from publicly available web pages at your request. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current: listings change, and some details (such as email addresses) are only available for some businesses.

You are responsible for how you use collected information. That includes complying with laws on marketing, telephone and email outreach, anti-spam rules, and the protection of personal data, as well as any terms of the websites the information comes from. Do not use it to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.

You keep ownership of what you save in your account. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we change prices, the new price applies to purchases made after the change.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or data, or for decisions you make using the tools. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
